Rules and rates change. Before you make a decision that matters, check with the official source named on the page or a qualified adviser.

We check every tool and article against official sources and show when it was last checked. Even so, mistakes can happen. If you find one, tell us and we will fix it. See our standards and corrections.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, Streetwise is not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New Zealand law, such as the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, where they apply.

Using our content

You are welcome to link to any page and share our articles on social media. Please do not copy whole articles or tools onto another website without asking. The Streetwise name and logo are ours.

Fair use of the site

Please do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, get around its limits, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful. We may block access that does.

Ads and links

Ads are shown by Google and by businesses that book with us. They are always labelled and never change a tool's result. We are not responsible for other websites we link to or advertisers' products. See how we stay free.
